Known as a "designer haven" thanks to it evolving art, the XVA Art Hotel has a combination of heritage and history, and presents over 50 pieces of Middle Eastern artwork - giving artist the inspiration to build bridges between their work and their cultural identities. The owner of the hotel, Mona Hauser, built 15 unique and distinctive guest rooms as a platform to showcase the architectural and cultural styles of the region.

Located within the heart of the Al-Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, the hotel is also home to an art gallery and award winning restaurant. The XVA Art Gallery is the most prominent gallery in the Middle East, specialising in contemporary art from the Arab world, Iran and the Subcontinent. The gallery also holds exhibitions which focus on works by the regions’ leading artists and emerging artists.
