Bohem Art Hotel

Previously a “Szenasy Korzogyar” stationary factory, the building that now houses the Bohem Art Hotel was originally built in the 17th Century. The idea behind the hotel is to express what it means to be bohemian - and, unsurprisingly, it is now one of the best boutique hotels in the Hungarian city of Budapest.

200 pieces of contemporary, Hungarian art have been created by 25 artists, and feature in several spaces around the hotel. The range of artworks include optical art, paintings and fashion-inspired pieces, and each artwork shows an element of freedom, creativity and individuality. The Bohem's interior is modern, with 60 rooms and an interior court with a glass roof; which contributes to the feel of an art gallery. For all art-lovers wishing to visit, the Bohem even encourage their guests to choose a room based on what artwork they think suit them the best.
