Work to begin on $68 million apartment community in Tampa


US-based Crescent Resources, LLC will begin work on the $68 million apartment community, dubbed Circle Bayshore, in Tampa, Florida.


Designed by Florida-based architectural firm Land Resource Design Group, Inc. the eight storied building will be a 367-unit apartment community, offering studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans.

Circle Bayshore will provide various amenities, like a two-storey health club and fitness centre, resort-style swimming pool, an outdoor living area with grilling stations and a fire pit, a business centre, and clubroom. The building will also feature a parking garage.

Including a private balcony and full-size washer and dryer for each apartment, the houses will feature modern day kitchens with granite countertops, undermount sinks, a prep island and stainless steel appliances. Finished with granite countertops, the bathrooms will feature custom wood cabinetry, ceramic tile floors, and tub and shower surrounds. High ceilings, spacious walk-in-closets and separate linen closets are also included in the plan.

Featuring various green features like sustainable materials and environmently-friendly practices, the building aims at achieving LEED certification.

Florida-based Moss & Associates is the general contractor while King Engineering of Tampa is the civil engineer for the project. The first apartments are expected to complete in the first quarter of 2014.
