Wood Partners L.L.C. Haas started construction on the $39 million Streets of Greenbrier apartment community in Chesapeake, Virginia, US.

The facility, located on about 13.8 acre-area, has been designed by Cline Design Associates and is being developed by KBS Incorporation. The property will house a total of 280 units comprising one- two- and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as lofts. It will also sport structures covering three-and four-levels, and seven carriage units.

The apartment units will range in size between 737 to 1,290 square feet. Each unit will be equipped with patios or sun roofs. The community will also comprise a 5,500 square feet clubhouse with Cyber Café, advanced fitness centre and Wii gaming space. Among various other features of the property include a swimming pool, courtyards donning grilling areas, dog park, play area, and a car care centre.

Construction of the facility is due for completion by August 2013.
