Willmott Dixon to launch luxury apartments in Greenwich
British construction company Willmott Dixon will launch a new luxury apartment scheme, named as Prime Place in the heart of historic Greenwich, which is designed to provide a contemporary living standard to the residents.
Offering a choice of smart contemporary residential scheme to the home buyers, the Prime Place would be a ten-storey open plan layout property. It will feature two and three-bedroom apartments and include a private balcony or terrace for each home. The scheme is designed with a landscaped podium garden and a concierge service, which provides the lifestyle of a London hotel.
Designed with abundant ventilation, the contemporary light and airy homes will range from 538 square feet to 1157 square feet and have an impressive specification.
As part of a new mixed-use development, Prime Place benefits from amenities like a health and fitness club, boutique hotel and restaurant, nursery, and bicycle café.
It is being developed by Greenwich Partnership LLP, a joint venture between Willmott Dixon and The Hyde Group.
