William Lyon to launch new residential community in California
US-based home builder William Lyon Homes will open a new residential scheme, named as Willow Bend in University Park, Irvine, which would offer a modern and upscale residential housing community to the home buyers.
Willow Bend residential scheme will be located amidst University Park's wide-open streets, mature trees and a pedestrian pathway system. It will feature elegant architecture with California Ranch and Craftsman style exterior.
Featuring three model homes, the Willow Bend is a single-family, 58-unit residential project. The project’s floorplans range from approximately 2,209 to 2,570 square feet, with three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to three baths and two-car garages.
William Lyon Homes will unveil three model homes of Willow Bend scheme on 6 April 2013.
