US-based William Lyon Homes has launched two new residential neighbourhoods called The Branches at Woodbridge and Willow Bend at University Park in Irvine, California.

Slated for opening in early 2013, the new neighbourhoods will offer single-family detached homes, which have been designed to meet the needs of modern home owners. The Branches will offer 48 homes, while Willow Bend will add 58 new homes at University Park.

The homes at Branches will be two-tiered homes, which will be offered in three floor plans, varying in area in the range of approximately 2,209 to 2,542 square feet. The homes at Willow Bend will be double-storied homes, which will be offered in three floor plans, varying in area in the range from approximately 2,209 to 2,556 square feet.

Both the homes will have between three and five bedrooms, two and a half to three bathrooms, and two-car garages.
