William Lyon launches new single family homes in California
William Lyon Homes has launched new single family homes, called Magnolia Lane, in Elkgrove, in the US state of California.
The scheme is being built within the master-planned community of Madeira and features one and two storey single family homes, the areas of which vary from 1719 square feet to 2409 square feet.
The homes have been classified into four categories, namely Residence 1, Residence 2, Residence 3 and Residence 4. The homes have three to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, large kitchens, living spaces and a two car garage. The project is scheduled for completion by June 2012.
The residents of Magnolia Lane can enjoy amenities of Madeira community, including athletic fields, playgrounds, community parks, school sites, retail space and a new civic center, along with 69 acres of linked greenbelts.
