William Lyon Homes to open Vineyard model homes in Pittsburg
California-based home builder company William Lyon Homes will open Vineyard's model homes to the homebuyers at Vista del in Pittsburg, including a brand new Tuscany Residence Three.
Offering family-friendly designs, the new Vineyard model homes are comfortable contemporary homes featuring private living spaces and comfortable gathering places.
The housing scheme features one- and two-storey home designs, ranging from approximately 2,337 to 2,810 square feet, with up to five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Apart from that the scheme also includes two-car garages and great rooms. For outdoor dining and entertainment, the scheme offers generous yards. Maintaining the traditional charm, each plan features a front porch.
The Vineyard model homes will open to the prospective homebuyers on 16 March 2013.
