California-based home builder company William Lyon Homes has announced plans to develop a new residential community called Contempo in Escondido, California, which is designed to provide an upscale living standard to the residents.

Balancing the carefree living of attached architecture with the advantage of all new construction, the Contempo residential scheme will offer four, three-storey row townhome designs. These will range from approximately 1,164 to 1,604 square feet, with two to three bedrooms, plus a den and 2.5 to 3.5 baths.
