California-based home builder company William Lyon Homes has opened a new residential scheme named as Willow Bend in University Park, which has been designed for modern day home buyers.

Located near the University of California, the Willow Bend residential scheme has been designed to offer luxurious living conditions to the prospective home buyers.

The Willow Bend offers 58 single-family detached homes with three, two-storey floorplans that will range from approximately 2,209 to 2,556 square feet. The floorplans include three to five bedrooms, 2.5 to three baths, and two-car garages.

The exterior has been designed with California Ranch and Craftsman, which includes lots of windows that create an abundance of natural interior lighting.
