William Lyon Homes debuts new homes at Mirabella development in California
US-based home builder William Lyon Homes has unveiled new townhomes, called Residence 2D, at the Mirabella development, located at Village of Columbus in Tustin, California.
The Residence 2D will be developed on Lot #51 within the company's established master-planned community Mirabella. The company is offering two distinctive floor plans for buyers to choose from.
The two-storey homes will encompass a total area of 1846 square feet and will consist of three bedrooms. All the townhomes primarily consist of a loft, private exterior courtyards and a garage for parking two cars. The homes will feature between two to three-bathrooms. The first floor will have a laundry room, while the owner'a suite will feature a large walk-in closet.
The new homes are being targeted at people looking for low-maintenance housing units. The builder is also offering options to completely customize the homes as per individual preference of the owners. The company anticipates completing the project by September 2012.
