William Lyon Homes débuts single family homes in California


US-based home builder William Lyon Homes has announced plans to build new 55-single family detached homes called Willow Bend in Irvine, California.


The project involves the development of 55-single family, detached homes. The residential units will be double-storey homes, which will be built along the wide-open, matured tree-lined streets.

The company will offer three distinct floor plans to the buyers to opt from. The homes will vary in built-up area in the range of approximately 2,209 to 2,556 square feet. The homes will have between three to five bedrooms; two and a half to three bathrooms and a garage to accommodate two cars.

Residents of the Willow bend will benefits from the amenities of the community, which comprises a swimming pool, barbecue area and tot lot. The development is in close proximity to William R. Mason Regional Park, a 345-acre natural sanctuary that has a nine-acre lake, biking paths, model boat sailing and wilderness hiking area.
