William Lyon Homes débuts new homes in California
US-based home builder William Lyon Homes has unveiled new single family homes called The Branches at the Village of Woodbridge in Irvine, California.
The Branches includes 48 single-family detached homes, which are located on tree-lined meandering street. The company is offering three distinct floor plans for the two storey homes. The area of the homes vary between approximately 2,209 to 2,542 square feet.
The home will have between three to five bedrooms; two and a half to three bathrooms and a garage to accommodate two cars. The homes will have adaptable layouts. Each home will feature a modern kitchen and a large great room.
The Branches will be located near North Lake, adjacent to Fallbrook Park. The gated community will have entry though a single entrance. The Branches will be developed in association with Resmark Companies.
