William Lyon Homes begins construction on last phase of The Enclave in California
US-based builder William Lyon Homes has begun construction on last phase of home development at ‘The Enclave Within Paradise Valley’ in Fairfield, California.
Located just 30 minutes from Napa/Sonoma in a premier Fairfield location, the last phase will offer fairway-inspired collection of homes, which will be noted for their innovative design. Offering several amenities, the last phase involves development of new single-family detached home near the Paradise Valley Golf Club.
The new homes at The Enclave will be a mix of one and two-storey floor plans, which will vary in area in the range of circa 2,059 square feet to 3,056 square feet. Set within a golf course community, the homes will feature three to five bedrooms, two- to three bathrooms, great rooms, gourmet kitchens with preparation islands, two- to three-car garages and expansive backyards.
To complete the luxurious ensemble, William Lyon Homes is offering each home with modern appliances, state-of-the-art construction, new plumbing and heating systems. Construction on the scheme is scheduled for completion in November 2012.
The development is in close proximity to the K-6 Rolling Hills Elementary School, and will grants easy access to the residents to several local amenities, such as the farmers' markets, Westfield Solano Mall and an abundance of parks.
