WestCorp opens new apartment home community in Nevada
WestCorp Management Group's umbrella company Nevada West Partners has opened a new apartment home community called South Blvd Apartment Homes in Las Vegas, Nevada, US.
South Blvd Apartment Homes is located at at 10200 Giles Road across from the South Pointe Resort, just off the Las Vegas Strip. The development offers a mix of carriage, one, two and three-bedroom units. The units vary in size between 644 to 1,395 square feet.
All the residential units comprise a flat screen TV in family room, slab granite countertops and vanities, stainless steel appliances, and private balcony. The units have also been equipped with ceiling fans, dark wood cabinetry, washer and dryer, built-in microwave, stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker. Certain units feature oval soaking tubs.
South Blvd Apartment Homes is the first community in Nevada to feature an electric car-charging station. The community also sports movie theatre with stadium seating, a resort pool, sun bathing pool, poolside cabanas and offers group fitness programmes. Among other features include biking areas, barbeque areas and Wi-Fi e-lounge. In addition, the property has an on-site recycling centre, and runs a bike share programme.
