Upgraded Muskingum County library's South Zanesville branch reopens


The South Zanesville branch of the Muskingum County library in Ohio, has reopened after a makeover.


The facility has incorporated a more open-plan concept following the facelift. The revamped building has been adorned with new carpeting and comprises an upgraded computer space equipped with a pair of new laptops.

There has also been creation of a new space dedicated to children. The space consists of a computer, a table for reading and puzzles, as well as book shelves. The remodelled library further incorporates a drive-up window for drop-offs and returns. Further, the restrooms and furnace have been shifted to the building's rear as part of the project.

The project has been financed through the operating funds of the library system.
