Self-declared luxury student studios, Scape student accommodation is set in four locations across London: Greenwich, East (Mile End), Surrey and Shoreditch. For the DesignCurial award, Scape's East London residence stood out as the most opulent.

Foyer

The interior design champions a minimalism approach, which is supported by blocks of vibrant colour. This carries from the front entrance, where a vivid red winding staircase features, through the lounges and dining spaces where coloured chairs and tables are dotted, and into the bedroom suites where wardrobes, chairs and pillows receive a burst of bright hues to augment the space. The rooms were designed by Ab Rogers Design and each floor sees a different colour theme.

The exterior is a neat brick with varying shades of grey and wooden-panels with asymmetrical windows across one wall taking this design up a notch.

The rooms are all exclusively designed studios, which feature kitchenettes with a fridge, microwave and hob, plus en suite bathrooms. High quality amenities continue throughout the studios with dining and study areas and an outside terrace with a table and chairs. IPTV/Freeview, high speed broadband and 24/7 security with CCTV ensures this is a safe and technology-savvy studio, while housekeeping and an on-site gym complete this luxury accommodation.
