Tyler Technologies breaks ground on new HQ in Plano
US-based software solutions provider Tyler Technologies, Inc. has broken ground on its new 142,000 square feet corporate and division headquarters, designed by HKS Architects in Plano, Texas.
Tyler’s 26-acre Plano headquarters campus will include a new, 82,000 square feet, three-storey office building connected via a transparent ground-level walkway to the 60,000 square feet, two-storey former YMCA building.
The existing building will be renovated as the company’s Courts & Justice product development center. It will also house shared services, including a fitness centre and a cafe overlooking a green space and waterway. The building’s exterior structure and design will remain virtually the same. The new corporate campus will be situated on 26-acres of park-like settings with lush landscape and waterways.
The new headquarters will be located at 5101 Tennyson Parkway, the former site of the Plano Family YMCA, in the Legacy Business Park in Plano. Construction is slated for completion in August 2013.
