Turner wins contract for Pullman Saigon Centre
US-based Turner Construction Company has secured a contract to manage construction of the Pullman Saigon Centre in Vietnam.
Pullman Saigon Centre will be located in the centre of Ho Chi Minh in District One on Tran Hung Dao. The design of the new hotel will boast a modern architecture.
The newly built hotel will be a 28-storey high-rise building, which will have 328 rooms, along side 1,500 square metre of event space consisting of ballroom and meeting facilities. The hotel will also have two restaurants and a bar. Other leisure and health and fitness offerings at the new hotel will consist of an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre.
The hotel will be built to Pullman specifications, which will consist of full wireless and broadband connectivity, executive levels and lounges, chill-out zones and state-of-the-art meeting facilities as well as the brand' s signature services.
The new hotel is slated to open in 2013.
