TRITEC Real Estate unveils plans for mixed-use scheme in New York


TRITEC Real Estate Company has unveiled plans for New Village, a new mixed-use scheme, in downtown Patchogue, Long Island, New York.


Sprawling over a 4.87-acre site at the Four Corners of downtown Patchogue, the New Village is in close proximity to the Patchogue LIRR train station, Fire Island and Watch Hill ferry stations. The project has been designed by Niles Bolton Associates.

The scheme involves development of 291 multi-housing rental units, 36,149 square feet of ground level retail space and 511 parking spaces. The transit oriented development will include village green, which will provides an inviting public gathering space for the community.

The design of the development blends with the architecture of the existing historic Main Street and the adjacent village landmarks. The development will capture the views of the waterfront and enhance the urban fabric of the village.

Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP has assisted the developer to finance the scheme. The company has secured the debt and joint venture equity financing with an account advised by UBS Global Asset Management.
