TRI Pointe Homes opens new residential community in California
US-based TRI Pointe Homes has opened a new residential community of Candera in San Marcos, California.
Located in North San Diego County, the Candera community comprises two kinds of homes, namely attached townhomes and detached townhomes. TRI Pointe Homes is offering four distinct floor plans to choose from, which varies in area between approximately 1,524 to 2,014 square feet.
The two-storey townhomes consist of three to four bedrooms and two and one-half to three baths and a two-car attached garage. The master suite features walk-in closets and elegant baths with separate tub and shower. To round the outdoor offering, the homes have decks or patios and private yards.
The homes also feature gourmet spacious kitchen, which is complete with granite countertops, island, European-style white Thermofoil cabinets and a complete collection of stainless steel Whirlpool appliances. The buyers will also have options for a versatile loft or an optional den.
The development also consists of eight detached townhomes, which vary in area in the range of approximately 2,336 to 2,904 square feet. The two-storey homes have a maximum of five bedrooms, three baths and up to three car garage.
The homes feature an array of environmentally friendly features, which consist of Energy Star dishwashers, Low-E window glass, radiant barrier roof sheathing, tankless water heaters and heating and air-conditioning systems controlled by digital set-back thermostats, that in addition to reducing their footprint on nature, also reduces the operating costs of the homes.
