Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina opens after $2.5-million renovation


Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina in Florida has opened after a $2.5-million renovation, which mainly includes the renovation of the great room lobby, a concept, first introduced in 2007 by Marriott Hotels & Resorts.


With an aim to keep the travel's newest generation connected, the hotel has been renovated with updated lifestyle facilities starting from Wi-Fi connections, and workstations to communal tables.

Featuring cutting-edge amenities, the renovated Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel & Marina features a lobby, which exhibits a Florida feel in its appearance with towering palm trees outlining the central seating area. Guests are invited to work, mingle, meet and eat in the lobby that offers flexible seating, modern technology and an inspiring ambience.

In order to make the meetings more enjoyable and relaxing, the renovated hotel also features full-service Starbucks with new communal booths and workstations.

The Champions Bar and Grill is designed to make the evening a memorable one with new flat-screen TVs. For a quiet meal, Café Waterside features new intimate seating arrangements.

The renovated hotel also offers an outdoor patio, which has been transformed to offer a waterfront space for casual gatherings or formal events. It features large flat-screen TVs, Wi-Fi and fire pits to make the staying of the guests memorable as well as enjoyable.
