Stock Construction has completed construction on a new phase of casitas located at Olé in Lely Resort in Florida, US.
The new casitas features four homes named Cordova, Castella, Laguna, and Escondido. The buildings, covering two floors each, range in size between 1531 and 2080 square feet.
The 1531 square feet Cordova consists of two bedrooms, two-and-one-half bath, a courtyard, as well as an attached two-car garage. The kitchen leads to a formal dining room while the living room of the house sports French doors which open to a private walled courtyard. The upper level of the building houses two bedroom suites, along with an office area comprising a desk and a laundry room.
