Sterling University Housing to build two student housing units in Fayetteville


Sterling University Housing, in association with Northwest Arkansas-based Specialized Real Estate Group, is set to construct two student housing developments in Fayetteville, Arkansas, US.


The project work will be carried out in phases. Work is slated to commence by early 2012 for phase I of the project. The first property is scheduled to open by the beginning of the academic year 2013-14 with the second phase to be opened by 2014-15 academic year.

The housing facilities will feature one, two, and four-bedroom units. The units will sport flat-screen televisions in all bedrooms, as well as a resort-style pool. Among its other features are a sky bridge with study lounges and a mixed-use social lounge comprising a game room, cafe, and fitness centre. The development will also abide by green principles.
