Stepevi launches Rococò rug line at Maison & Objet 2012
Istanbul-based rug manufacturer Stepevi has introduced the Rococò rug collection at Maison & Objet 2012 held from 20 to 24 January 2012 in Paris, France.
The new line sports an elegant look drawing reference to the artistic movement that took place in the 18th century. The design of the rugs of this range evade from the exuberance, grandeur, symmetry and strict rules associated with the Baroque movement by incorporating asymmetrical designs and curves. These designs, donning intertwined rough knots, replicate the style of classical Aubusson rugs.
The rugs come in four different designs which include Fiorella, Milanza, Letizia, as well as Perlita. They also offer options of four colourways to meet individual tastes of the customers. In addition, the collection can be custom-tailored in any shape and size.
