Stadium Theatre refurbishment work progresses
Work is underway on renovation of the Stadium Theatre in 117 E Pearl Street, Jerseyville, Illinois, US.
The project will offer a facelift to the interior of the facility by offering fresh coats of paint to all the walls. The theatre will incorporate advanced sound system and improved picture quality following the makeover with installation of six surround speakers, as well as new digital projectors. Further, work will involve extensive upgrades to the restrooms for men and women.
The facility will feature new custom-built cabinets post overhaul work. In addition, it will be fitted with insulation below the stage to reduce noise transfer from the air conditioning units.
The facility is expected to reopen on 20 April 2012.
