St. Martin Hospital, in partnership with Lafayette General Health System, has opened a new outpatient wing, which is designed to cater to the growing needs of the community and patients.

Located at the rear of the existing facility, the 5,712 square feet addition features all of the hospitals' outpatient services including out-patient registration, radiology, laboratory and respiratory services. Apart from that the addition also includes a new patient waiting area and employee break/dining area.

The new, expanded wing is located at the rear of the existing facility, which also features 40 additional parking spaces. There are entrances from both the existing parking lot along Champagne Blvd as well as an entrance alongside the Physicians Office Building on Gary Drive.

The newly opened outpatient wing will provide services in ancillary/laboratory testing, blood banking, cardiopulmonary/respiratory services, infusion therapy, digital mammography, nuclear medicine, radiology and ultrasound.

The outpatient wing opened its doors to the patients on 15 May 2013.
