Sé to launch new furniture collection at London Design Festival

International luxury furniture brand Sé is set to launch new furniture collection designed by Jaime Hayon and Damien Langlois-Meurinne at London Design Festival 2012.

The new line of furniture will celebrate the long lineage of the company in the design sector. At the festival, the company plans to launch new products in Beetley range, which will consist of Beetley bar stool and Beetley bench by Hayon; and Young Tree lamp family by Langlois-Meurinne.

At the festival, the company will showcase the Beetley range in French Walnut wood rather than steel, the original material used by the designer. The products in the Beetley range to be showcased will consist of new Beetley bench and Beetley bar stool as well as the Beetley chair, Beetley Small Bridge and Flute table. The wood will be contrasted by refined upholstery of the furniture.

The Young Tree Lamp series has been created using earthy and organic tree trunk motif, which has been contrasted with a glossy ceramic base. The company also plans to unveil its Arpa footstool and the family of Bala side tables by Hayon at the event.

The new Bala Lo and Cristal Bala are highly functional side tables, which are noted for their beauty. The tables are made in a variety of materials and finishes which include gold-lined interior with a glass top of the Cristal Bala, to the solid ceramic base and Carrara marble top of Bala Lo. The products are also available in metallic and coloured enamel finishes.
