Ryland Homes to open Colibri residential scheme in Irvine
US-based home builder Ryland Homes will open a new residential community named Colibri at Portola Springs within the Villages of Irvine, in California.
Reminiscent of California’s rich heritage, the Colibri at Portola Springs will offer charming single-family courtyard homes. The homes will provide living spaces ranging from 1,875 square feet to 2,323 square feet, and will feature up to five bedrooms, up to four baths and a two-car garage.
Besides that the homes will also offer gracious great rooms, downstairs bedrooms, bonus rooms, California rooms and more.
Located in proximity to Tomato Springs Park, the residents can also enjoy the amenities of the scheme, which include Junior Olympic swimming pool, a spa, a children’s wading pool, a tot lot, and barbecue and picnic areas.
The Colibri at Portola Springs will celebrate the grand opening on 29 June 2013.
