US-based home builder Ryland Homes has opened a new residential scheme, named as Tuscany in Waxhaw, North Carolina, which features two collection of homes, Discovery and Signature.

Including six, two-storey home designs, homes in Discovery Collection ranges from 1,800 square feet to more than 3,500 square feet. Designed as four bedroom homes, the Discovery collection features crawl spaces, spacious kitchens, stainless steel appliances, and countless My Style Design Center upgrades.

Showcasing nine different floor plans, homes in Signature Collection ranges from 2,400 square feet to more than 5,000 square feet. Offering up to one-acre homesites, these three, four and five bedroom homes offer crawl space foundations, side-entry garages and the option for a third-storey bonus area. Apart from that, basement homesites are also available for the home buyers.

All the homes in Tuscany residential scheme are Energy Star certified.
