Ryland Homes opens new single-family community in Minnesota
US-based Ryland Homes has opened Highland Knoll, a new single-family residential community in the city of Woodbury, Minnesota.
Located in close proximity to outdoor recreation sites, Highland Knoll is a collection of 28 single family homes. The buyers will have options to choose from eight distinct floor plans, which consist of up to four bedrooms, up to three and a half baths and garages for up to four cars.
The homes will have asphalt roofing shingles with 25-year warranty and designer nickel lighting fixtures. The kitchen will feature 42” upper kitchen cabinet, Wilsonart HD laminate counter tops and GE appliances. All the homes will have fully sodded yards.
The en-suite bath will feature soaking tub and separate shower stall. All the baths will have Armstrong no-wax vinyl flooring, Aristokraft vanity cabinets and vanity mirrors. All the windows in the house will be clad in vinyl and will feature low-E glass and screens.
Highland Knoll is likely to officially open in July 2012.
