Ryan Homes, a US-based residential development company, will build new single-family homes at Birkdale Grove in Huntersville, North Carolina.

The new single-family home sites at Birkdale Grove will feature brick or stone front, HardiePlank Colorplus siding, a two-car garage and an elegant landscaping package with a fully sodded yard.

To provide an upscale living experience to the homeowners, the new home sites offer ranch plans, two-storey plans with first-floor or second-floor owner's suites and two-storey homes with up to six bedrooms, up to five baths and as much as 4,500 square feet of living space to choose from.

The new homes will be fully Energy Star certified, and like all new Ryan homes, will yield monthly utility bills up to 30% lower than standard homes, according to the EPA. Providing 10 years of warranty, the new homes are independently verified for quality by a third-party inspection company.

Birkdale Grove, Huntersville's newest single-family home community, is an intimate enclave of 18 home sites on two cul-de-sacs.
