Ryan Homes opens Venice model home at Forgedale Crossing
NVR, Incorporation's Ryan Homes division has opened the new Venice model home at Forgedale Crossing in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, US.
Forgedale Crossing is a community of luxury single-family homes. The upper storey of the building incorporates an elegant style consisting of up to four large bedrooms, up to two bathrooms which includes a spacious owner's bathroom, and a laundry room upstairs. The owner's bath can also be upgraded to install a soaking or jet tub, and dual vanities.
Among the various other features of the new home include a walk-in pantry, plenty of cabinetry, a large kitchen and space for an optional island. Further, the property is Energy Star-eligible and cuts down utility bills by up to 30% per month compared to standard homes.
