Ryan Homes opens single-family Ravenna model home in Ohio
Ryan Homes, a US-based residential development company, has opened a new single-family model home called Ravenna in Pickerington, Ohio.
Built by Ryan Homes division, a part of NVR Inc., the new Ravenna single-family model home offers various amenities needed for the modern home buyers. Constructed in a beautiful wooded setting, the new homes will offer six bedrooms and up to four baths. An optional island and large pantry, which provides plenty of space and storage in the eat-in kitchen would also be included.
The model home also features an optional morning room with breakfast bar and gourmet island. The second floor of the model home features a convenient laundry room, a luxury owner's suite with walk-in closet and optional separate soaking tub and shower.
Like other Ryan homes, the new Ravenna model home is Energy Star-certified and brings about a saving of 30% on monthly utility bills.
