Ryan Homes opens new Milan single-family home in Delaware
US-based homebuilding company NVR Inc's Ryan Homes division has opened new Milan single-family model homes at its Hazel Farm community in Dover, Delaware.
The Milan at Hazel Farm boasts of a characteristic similar to that of other Milan homes across other developments. The foyer of the house connects to the formal living room or study. The formal living room, in turn, flows into a formal dining room, which is connected to an open kitchen with breakfast bar.
The owners have options for opening up the kitchen into an optional morning room. The upper floor accommodates an owner's suite with private bath and two-large walk-in closets; and two other bedrooms and a loft. The owners have an option for converting the loft into the fourth bedroom. The house also accommodates a laundry room and two-car garage.
Located near Routes 13 and 1, the Hazel Farm community offers various amenities to the residents, which include a clubhouse, a pool, a tennis court, a basketball court, a tot lot and 45 acres of plush open space.
