Ryan Homes, a US-based residential development company, has announced the opening of a new residential scheme named as the greens in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.

Planned to provide an upscale as well as a luxurious living standard to the residents, the residential community will feature four bedrooms, three-and-half bathrooms, and garages for up to two cars.

Like all other Ryan Home properties, all the homes in the Greens are ENERGY STAR Certified , which decreases the monthly utility bills up to 30% than the usual bill.

All Ryan homes also carry 10-year structural warranties and are independently verified for quality by a third-party inspection company.
