Reuters HQ in Paris gets new look with HI-MACS

The Reuters headquarters in Paris, a Haussmann building, has received a new look by incorporating HI-MACS in its lobby, reception, board room, cafeteria, restaurant and central indoor garden areas as part of an upgrade.

Designed by the French studio 16k architects, the refurbishment has created high-performance communal areas, with the use of long-lasting, hard-wearing HI-MACS, which is also resistant to fire.

Boasting both aesthetic and technical qualities, the HI-MACS has been used in the office project to create the reception desk and the pods forming the waiting area. The pods made of HI-MACS feature voluptuous and soft shapes, all rounded, which provides the waiting area a sense of conviviality.

In order to comply with the applicable safety regulations, the fire-resistant HI-MACS and its M1 classification has been used in the refurbishment.

Featuring a warm and smooth material and pleasant appearance, the lobby area has been upgraded with HI-MACS. Apart from that the landscape also features a large number of palm trees, which form a single whole with the pods made of HI-MACS, providing a stylish touch to the entire look of the office.
