The building has been equipped with high-performance lighting fixtures throughout, and sports white ceiling paint to cut down the amount of light fixtures installed on operational floors.

Further, 67% of wood materials used in the facility are FSC-certified whereas 30% of the materials are reclaimed. The property has also utilised 29% regionally-sourced building materials, and has recycled 97% of its construction debris. It also features bike racks which boost the green initiative.
