Renovation project completes at The Atrium at Fashion Center in New Jersey
New York-based MPI, Mall Properties Inc. has completed the facade and building renovation at The Atrium at Fashion Center, a 171,376 square foot vertical retail building in Paramus, New Jersey.
Recent improvements to the building include a new glass atrium that provides direct pedestrian access to all three floors of the retail centre. The atrium features glass elevators and dramatic lighting that complement and modernise the look of the longstanding building.
Interior improvements include new escalators, public lobbies, and interior finishes while attractive new signage boards and sleek Trespa wall panels bring a fresh aesthetic to the exterior.
The renovation project lasted for a complete year.
The Fashion Center and Paramus Park Mall anchor the northern end of the Route 17 corridor. Paramus is home to five regional malls, several shopping centers and freestanding retail properties.
