Renovation completes at Courtyard Kansas City
The Courtyard Kansas City Overland Park/Metcalf Hotel in Overland Park, Kansas has completed renovation in late May 2012.
The all-new Courtyard features Welcome Pedestals at the front desks, which will facilitate more personal interaction between hotel staff and guests. The project has developed a new restaurant at the hotel, called Bistro—Eat. Drink. Connect. A unique feature of the remodeled lobby is its new GoBoard application which offers information on various local topics through its interactive touch screen LCD TV.
The technological improvements include Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. The two meeting rooms of the hotel also witnessed several innovations, which includes new carpeting, vinyl surfaces and new chairs. The décor of the area has been updated to bring it in line with the hotel's design. The old outdoor furniture have been swapped with new furniture, which adds a new aesthetic to the exterior spaces of the hotel.
