Renovated McDonald's restaurant reopens in Texas

US-based restaurant chain McDonald's has reopened its restaurant in Denton, Texas following an extensive renovation scheme.

Located at 306 West University Drive in Denton, the restaurant's renovation scheme was designed by US-based JBI Interiors, reports DentonRC.com. The three-month renovation program has created a fresh look for the eatery.

The 3,780-square-feet restaurant features contemporary leather booth seating, new flooring and kitchen equipment, a digital menu board and 25 outdoor seats. The most intriguing element of the restaurant is the seating made from recycled plastic soda bottles.

The project has also added a new play area to engage the little customers. The Morphs PlayPlace features multicoloured soft play toys and elements that are both interactive and make noises.

The restaurant was closed in May 2012 for the renovation scheme.
