Ravenna single-family model home opens at Windsor Ridge in Virginia
The new Ravenna single-family model home, built by NVR's Ryan Homes division, has opened at Windsor Ridge, Wellington in Williamsburg, Virginia.
The new Ravenna model has a large pantry and optional island, which provides plenty of space and storage in the eat-in kitchen. The space also features an optional morning room with breakfast bar and gourmet island.
Situated on the the second-floor is the owner's suite featuring a massive walk-in closet and optional separate soaking tub and shower, and a laundry room. It offers space for home owners with six bedrooms and up to four baths.
The homes at Wellington are fully ENERGY STAR certified, aiming at yielding monthly utility bills up to 30% lower than standard new homes. All Ryan homes also carry 10-year structural warranties. Prices at Windsor Ridge at Wellington start from the upper $260s.
