Proteksan-Turquoise launches 72.64m Vicky super-yacht


Turkish yard Proteksan-Turquoise has launched a 72.64-metre super-yacht christened Vicky.


The vessel has been designed by H2 Yacht Design. It consists of six cabins including a full beam master suite on the bridge deck and five guest cabins on the main deck. All these cabins have a combined capacity to house up to 12 guests.

The yacht sports a steel hull which is complemented by a superstructure made of aluminium. It is built to Lloyd’s register and MCA specifications. The vessel is powered by a pair of Caterpillar engines which offer it a maximum speed of 17 knots, a cruising speed of 15 knots, and a range of 7,000 nautical miles at 12 knots.

Vicky is due to be delivered by mid-2012.
