Populous, FSB Architects to design exhibit hall in Oklahoma
Global sport and event architecture firm, Populous along with Oklahoma-based FSB Architects, have been selected to provide design planning for the Oklahoma State Fair exhibit hall in the US.
Designed as a multi-purpose exhibit hall, the $60 million project will be developed on 225,000 net square feet of exhibition space.
The master plan for the project, which was completed in 2011, includes the design of the pre-function place and meeting rooms. In addition to that, the project also includes the design of a service docking area along with the exhibit hall.
The project will be funded by the MAPS program, which has played an integral role in the development of the new Oklahoma City Convention Center, a project also being designed by Populous.
