Persimmon starts construction on new residential project in UK
British developer Persimmon Homes has started construction on a new residential development called Tudor Park in Saffron Walden, Essex.
The new Tudor Park is being developed on Ashdon Road in Saffron Walden, offering easier access to M11. The project will offer 93 detached and semi-detached properties, which will be a mix of three and four bedroom units.
Inside, the homes will feature spacious interiors and flexible living space. Each unit will have a garage or driveway. Certain key features of the new homes will include en-suite shower rooms, separate studies and bay windows.
In addition to that the development will also include new play area for the younger residents of the community.
