Jacksonville-based commercial and residential developer Perimeter Realty, Incorporation is set to open the $20 million Cabana Club gated community in Jacksonville, Florida, US in May 2012.

The new community is located on a 15 acre-area and is being developed by Summits Contractors. Construction on the property commenced in November 2011. The new facility will sport a total of 252 apartments which include one, two and three bedroom units. The size of the apartments will range between 1,044 to 1,550 square feet.

The facility will incorporate advanced club house, resort-size pool donning a waterfall, pool-side cabanas, as well as a covered lounge space comprising a summer kitchen. Among various other features of the property include health club and tennis court, conference room and cyber café.
