Pecoy Homes at Village Hill Northampton breaks ground
The Pecoy Homes at Village Hill Northampton in Massachusetts, US has broken ground.
The facility will be developed by West Springfield-based construction firm Pecoy Homes. It will be a bungalow complex consisting of 24 units. The new homes will offer bungalows with one bedroom, as well as homes comprising two to four bedrooms. The homes will range in size between 1,000 to 1,800 square feet.
The homes will offer options of four different designs which include the Craftsman, Colonial, Victorian and Greek-revival style. They will also consist of full basements and one-car garages, which will be attached or detached. In addition, the property will employ advanced measures to run low on energy consumption.
