Peab receives $98.31million new office scheme in Solna
Nordic construction and civil engineering company Peab AB has been contracted to build the first part of an office building on the roof of Mall of Scandinavia in Solna, Sweden for the client Sweden-based property company Fabege.
Estimated to cost SEK 640 million ($98.31 million), the building will be called Scandinavian Office Building. Characterized by innovation, the building will be designed to provide the best conditions for successful entrepreneurship.
Measuring nine stories high, the office building will include 4000 modern and energy-efficient workplaces. The building will be designed with various sustainable elements to achieve BREEAM Excellent rating.
Work will begin by 2013 and the first tenants will move in during the fall of 2015. The project will be reported in the first quarter of 2013.
