Its landscape has been designed to reduce water consumption by 100%.
The property has use of regionally-sourced materials during the construction process. It has also utilised 12% of reclaimed content for new building materials. Diversion of 81% of construction debris from reaching the landfills further contributes to the sustainability of the building.
